Revive Health Center and Spa was developed by a mother and daughter duo who understand what it's like to juggle a hectic schedule. The Health Center offers Chiropractic, wellness care and weight loss. Dr. Baxter is a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and specializes in auto accident cases, plantar fasciitis and TMJ disorder. She uses various methods to help patients ease and eliminate pain, correct posture, and battle the aging process naturally while achieving a better quality of life.

Revive Health Center & Spa welcomes the Med Spa at Revive featuring Dr. Kathyrn Neely, MD and nurses Gabrielle McLendon, NP-C and Melissa Smith, RN to our Hickory Flat location. We are excited to now offer Med Spa services to our clients. We specialize in anti-aging and skin rejuvenation techniques that include Botox injectables, Microneedling with RejuvaPen,® the latest technology and treatments options with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Permanent Make up, True Physician Strength Chemical Peels and Physician Strength SkinCare.
